Ce restaurant mobile propose un concept de restauration urbaine inspiré par la science-fiction. Sa structure en acier aux lignes épurées, surmontée d’une canopée lumineuse, offre des repas à emporter et, à l’occasion, des apéritifs concoctés par des chefs résidents. Intégré dans le paysage urbain, il devient un lieu d’échange culinaire unique.
