Ce projet revitalise un ancien bureau situé dans le quartier Front de Seine, 15ème arrondissement de Paris. Ce bâtiment, aux lignes évoquant une navette spatiale, est transformé en un espace dédié à l'expérimentation gastronomique. L'architecture futuriste du lieu est conçue pour soutenir et mettre en avant les innovations culinaires.
