10/2023 Description project: A serving structure — enclosed, directional, lightly pressurized.
Steam is channelled under a reflective steel canopy, partially veiled by latex curtains.
Moulded volumes orient the circulation; condensation shapes the atmosphere.
Food remains warm. The structure stays unreadable.
