This project reimagines a 1970s high-rise apartment, blending modern functionality with its contemporary architectural roots. The original layout was entirely reconfigured to enhance spatial flow, efficiency, and natural light.
The open-plan living area features custom curved seating and a minimalist kitchen integrated along one wall, creating a cohesive, uncluttered aesthetic. A separate bedroom offers privacy, while a compact bathroom near the entrance ensures efficient use of space.
An arched vault in the main room enhances light distribution, fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere. Integrated high-quality speakers throughout the apartment add a seamless, immersive audio experience, complementing the spatial and sensory design.
This renovation balances form, function, and experience, bringing modern vitality to a mid-century space.
